Jura’s Cool Control Milk Cooler chills milk to as much as 25° below the ambient temperature. Once the temperature reaches 4°C, it is maintained constantly within the optimum range to create silky, airy milk foam and hot milk for specialty coffees . When the stainless steel container is removed, the cooling function is automatically deactivated.
